A standard worth building anywhere.
Fairway House was founded by two long-time golfers who wanted a simulator they could put on their property without renovating their basement, converting a garage, or building an addition. Every shed we make is built on site by our own team and finished turnkey — including the Full Swing simulator inside.
We are an authorized Full Swing partner. Full Swing is the official simulator partner of the PGA Tour and Golf Channel, and the same technology used by Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth, Jon Rahm, and the Team Full Swing roster is built into every one of our structures.

Steel framing, weather-rated cladding, insulation packages tuned to climate zone, and the same Full Swing hardware found in PGA Tour-affiliated facilities.

Your build is led by our own general contractor — a single point of contact from the first consultation to the final calibration, managing every trade so the project stays on standard and on schedule.
