Every Fairway House structure comes with a complete Full Swing simulator — the same technology used by Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth, and Jon Rahm. We don’t bolt a kit to a wall. The bay, the screen, the acoustics, and the turf are designed together, built on site, and calibrated turnkey before we hand you the keys.

Our team commissions the simulator on site — leveling the bay, tensioning the screen, and dialing in the cameras. When we hand you the keys, it's already playing: calibrated, tested, and ready to swing — no separate AV integrator, no setup weekend.
Every install includes a walkthrough of the console, course library, and game modes, plus ongoing support from our team.
